This blog was unavailable for around 24 hours.  It turns out it was a mistake made by the site administrator while in the process of moving my database to a new server.  I was afraid for awhile there that I had lost everything but all appears to be well.  But I learned a lesson—I’m backing this thing up!!

I don’t know what’s going on but I logged on today to find that NONE of my photos were showing. The folders they are supposed to be residing in are empty. So I’m trying to restore everything by uploading them via FTP. It will be awhile. This is disappointing—I’ve been real happy with the way Wordpress worked on my own site rather than using Blogger. Oh well—the joys of computers.
