This blog is basically a personal diary kept in a public place. I'm documenting my transformation from a rather obese, unfit person to one who is leaner and a lot healthier. I find that doing this provides some self motivation to continue. I may, from time to time, post something that is actually interesting to read. I'm starting fresh from a Blogspot site.
