Fitday Numbers

Here’s my numbers for today—a little more than I was planning to eat. The thing that tipped the numbers a little was finding a batch of my wife’s guacamole when I got home. I absolutly love the stuff. It great, healthy stuff—just calorie dense. I almost skipped the small round steak I had put out to cook, but I decided to eat it since I had prepped it for the broiler. I think I need to get the carb numbers down if I want to lean out. The numbers:

Fitday For Monday

After a little pigging out this weekend, I decided to commit to a week (and hopefully longer) of logging everything I eat in Fitday. It’s just another tool to make sure I stay on track. So here’s what my totals looked like for today:

I had my normal egg and sausage breakfast but didn’t eat again until I got home a little after 3pm. I ate a small piece (about the size of the palm of my hand) of pork that my wife cooked yesterday–really delicious. Later I had a banana and small salad with cucumber, onion, and a little Caesar dressing. Then I flossed my teeth which marks the end of the eating day!
My Fitday For The Day

Here’s the Fitday analysis of my day’s food consumption. It should be pretty close although it’s possible I actually ate a little more beef than I put in. It was a pretty small portion compared to what I’ve eaten in the past. As a matter of fact, that calorie total is pretty damn small. Maybe a banana!
